MediaBank Help Center : Application Support

Clicking on the link above takes you to the Login page for the MediaBank Support Center.

Once the Login page loads, enter your username and password in the fields provided.

After you successfully login to the Support Center, click on "CREATE NEW ISSUE" in the blue toolbar at the top of the page.

From the "Create Issue" page, just click the "Next>>" button below the form. The 2 fields in the form are pre-selected for you.

The next page, "Step 2 of 2" is where you will provide detailed information about your support question. Fill out the completely. Be sure to provide a detailed description of your question, including the steps you took prior to encountering your problem or question. The more detail you provide the better we can answer your question or solve or problem.
